Welcome to Tucco Store, operated by Venturi Global LLC (“Tucco,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or purchasing from our website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our applicable store policies, and any additional terms referenced at checkout. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time, in compliance with applicable law. You agree not to use the Site or our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site without notice.

2. Products & Availability

Tucco offers curated gift boxes featuring Colombian coffee and artisan-made goods. Due to the small-batch nature of our collections, all products are subject to availability and may sell out without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, but we do not warrant that all information on the Site is error-free. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel or adjust orders that rely on incorrect information (with a refund where applicable).

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction; and
• You are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD), exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping unless otherwise indicated at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other approved payment providers. We reserve the right to:

• Accept or refuse any order,
• Limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, and
• Contact you if we need to verify or update order or payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options, timeframes, and rates are presented at checkout and detailed in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery windows are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer, and delays outside of our control (including carrier issues, weather, or other disruptions) do not constitute a breach by Tucco.

5. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Because our products include food items and handcrafted goods, returns are limited. Our current practices regarding cancellations, damaged or incorrect items, and refunds are described in our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to those conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, photographs, packaging designs, and page layouts— is the property of Venturi Global LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use of the Site.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tucco (including its owners, members, employees, and partners) shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; or
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill

arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase or use of our products, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

9. Sales Tax Information

Tucco Store collects and remits sales tax in accordance with applicable U.S. state and local tax regulations. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and the laws in effect at the time of purchase. Orders shipped within New Jersey may be subject to sales tax on products and, where required, on shipping charges.
