Our Coffees
A Celebration of Colombian Craft and Origin.
From the rich volcanic soils of Huila, Colombia, Tucco coffees are a tribute to craftsmanship, culture, and tradition.
Each microlot is grown by smallholder farmers, hand-picked at perfect ripeness, and roasted at origin — preserving the flavors, stories, and pride of Colombian coffee heritage.
At Tucco, we bring Colombia’s legacy to life — one harvest, one roast, one cup at a time.
From Bean to Cup
Every Tucco coffee embodies a careful process that honors both farmer and craft. We collaborate with producers who share our passion for precision and respect for the land.
Each batch is roasted at origin in small lots to highlight the unique character of every bean — from its altitude and variety to its process and drying method.

The Art of Selection
Each Tucco microlot begins with meticulous evaluation — assessing bean density, moisture, and varietal character to ensure purity and balance.
From Origen to Exótica, every coffee is chosen for its clarity of flavor and authenticity of origin.

The Brewing Ritual
A moment of precision, care, and connection — where the ritual meets the craft.
How to Brew the Perfect Cup
- Heat the water
Bring filtered water to 93–94 °C (199–205 °F) — just below boiling.
- Measure
Use 7 g of coffee per 100 ml of water
(≈ 1 Tbsp per 3.5 fl oz • ≈ 1 ¾ Tbsp for a 6 oz cup).
For best results, measure by weight — precision reveals the character of each microlot.
- Pour
Place the coffee in a decanter or brewer fitted with a paper filter.
Pour half of the hot water over the grounds, letting them bloom for 30 seconds.
- Complete the pour
Slowly add the remaining water in gentle circles, allowing the coffee to steep for 4 minutes — a moment where patience meets aroma.
- Serve and savor
Pour gently into your favorite mug.
Take a breath — taste the balance, the craft, and the connection from bean to cup.
Each cup reveals a story of Colombian origin, tradition, and refinement — from the soil to the final pour.
